Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about helping others? We're seeking a Bilingual Medical Customer Service Representative to join a growing healthcare team in St. George, Utah. In this role, you'll support patients by scheduling health screenings, answering questions, and providing exceptional service to both English and Spanish-speaking individuals.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings.
• Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, questions, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and healthcare partners.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-focused approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in medical customer service, healthcare scheduling, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office applications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
